How It Started
Tami Pounds, our owner, has been in the food and beverage industry for more than 38 years. For almost 20 years, she had the privilege of working with three successful local lake arrowhead caterers. Wild Thyme, Casual Elegance and Panache Catering. She learned what was needed and started her own catering business.

Biography
My name is Tami Pounds. Being in the food and beverage industry for more than 38 years has given me many opportunities to work with knowledgeable, talented, and creative chefs. With each opportunity, I’ve learned everything from dishwashing and serving to bartending and cooking, my true passion.
From sandwich shops to yacht clubs, I’ve helped many restaurants open their doors. Having the privilege of working alongside two successful local caterers has given me the experience needed to cater for my friends and family. Catering for movie stars and crews, doctors, singers, and the average Joe is my forte. It’s now time for me to extend my love for cooking to others.

Everything is fresh to order and never processed. We take the time to get to know our clients in order to tailor the menu and venue to reflect who they are. We do everything we can to make each event memorable.
